Ingredients:

2 Smoked Macherel fillets
1 Apple
1 Bagel
2 dessert spoons Natural Yoghurt
1 teaspoon Horseradish

  1. Slice the Bagel in half an toast
  2. Whilst the the Bagel is toasting mix the Horseradish and the Yoghurt together.
  3. Once the Bagel is toasted spead the Horseradish and Yoghurt mix over it
  4. Thinly slice the apple and layer on the Bagel
  5. Finally flake the smoked macherel on top
